Enjoy a Local Cornish Meal 
Come and join us in Phillack Church Hall at 12 30pm on Saturday, 10th March, for a Cornish meal to celebrate all our local producers and reduce our carbon footprint.
Roast Cornish pork with Cornish apple sauce and vegetables;  Cornish vegetarian option.
Delicious deserts made from Cornish flour and Cornish fruit, but of course no added sugar but lashings of Cornish cream! To book please ring Gwen Pooley on 01736 753463.

The Club meets every Tuesday from 2pm to 4pm in the Old School Room; it only charges £1.50, which includes tea and biscuits. FRIENDS OF ST ERTH SCHOOL.
A quiz has been arranged for at the Old School Room. 7pm for 7.30pm. Everyone welcome. Teams of up to 4. £3 per person or £5 to include a pasty. Tickets on sale at the village shop or the Star Inn.

Every Saturday in the Methodist Hall from 10.00am – Noon.
Typical week would include: Fresh local vegetables, free range eggs, locally produced organic beef, pork, sausages and bacon, artisan bread, honey, home made quiches, flowers, cards and craft.
Every week a different village organisation supplies the refreshments. Tea or coffee only 50p.
Cakes normally 50p. This has been a great success in the village and will celebrate its 10 year anniversary this July.

Welcome Course
Last November, Liz Wallace from the diocese came and ran a "Welcome" Course for us, which encouraged us to think about the way we can make our churches as welcoming as possible. For those unable to be at that course, we are running it again on Saturday, 24th March, from 10-12 at Gwinnear Church. This time it will be done "in house" with me, Clive Morton, doing it. ST ERTH FEAST COMMITTEE:
The annual Easter Egg Hunt will commence at 1pm and the Duck Race at 2pm on Good Friday March 30. Duck boards to sponsor the Duck Race are available in the village shop and the Star Inn.
