Advent Spiral Wednesday 13 December St Erth Church 5.30pm to 8.00pm Come and experience the Advent Spiral Walk Listen to Taize chants as you make your journey round the spiral of greenery and add your light to the others there.

 NEW YEARS EVE PARTY
There will be a party on New Year’s Eve, 8.00pm to 12.15am St Erth Old School, Games, music, bubbly at midnight.
Prizes for Fancy dress on a Christmas theme (optional).

HOW MUCH DO YOU REALLY KNOW about our Easter celebrations?
If you would really like to know what we commemorate and celebrate, come to a short series on Monday evenings - ‘The First Holy Week & Easter’.  This will be held at 7 Penmare Court running from Monday, 8 January, to 12 February, 2018 - always at 7.00 p.m. for exactly two hours.  This will be a good preparation for Holy Week and Easter.  The series will be led by Samuel Marsden.  Further information can be had from him (samuelmarsden@hotmail.com; 01736 756669).  There is a small charge of £7.00 for the whole series.

ST ELWYN’S CHURCH CONCERT
The Cornwall Brass Ensemble, Organ and Singers will be giving a concert on the  17 March in St Elwyn's Church Hayle.  More news later, for any ticket enquiries contact Rex O'Dell 754719.

ST ERTH CHURCH SUMMER OUTING SATURDAY 16 JUNE 2018  (Date subject to change)
Subject to demand the, the summer outing  next year will include coach to Paignton, Steam Train to Kingswear, passenger ferry to Dartmouth.  Return home by coach from Dartmouth about 4.00pm.
Cost £27 for adults; £16 children.
